Indictments charging defendant with sodomy, corrupting the morals of minors, indecent assault and assault and battery. Before VOGEL, J. Appeals, Nos. 50 to 54, inclusive, Oct. T., 1969, from judgment of sentence of Court of Quarter Sessions of Montgomery County, June T., 1967, Nos. 1252 to 1256, inclusive. Argued March 19, 1969.
