Indictments charging defendant with robbery and carrying a firearm without a license. Before LIPSITT, J., without a jury. Finding of guilty and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 127, March T., 1976, from Court of Common Pleas of Dauphin County, Nos. 212 and 213 of 1975.
