Indictment charging defendant with operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicating liquor. Before BROWN, J. Appeal, No. 807, Oct. T., 1975, from judgment of sentence of Court of Common Pleas of Lancaster County, No. 64 of 1974. Argued June 10, 1975.
