Indictment charging defendant with burglary, robbery, theft, receiving stolen property and criminal conspiracy. Before ZIEGLER, J., without a jury. Verdict of guilty on all indictments and judgment of sentence entered. Defendant appealed. Appeal, No. 911, April T., 1976, from Court of Common Pleas, Criminal Division, of Allegheny County, No. CC7600485. Submitted November 11, 1976.
