Husband and Wife — Parent and child — Support — Amount of order — Standard of living of family — Income of husband in excess of that reported in tax return.
In this case, on appeal by defendant from an order of support for his wife and two children, in the amount of $192 per week, in which it appeared that the court below found that defendant had accustomed his wife and children to a reasonably high standard of living, and that defendant's income was far in excess of that which he had reported on his income tax return, it was Held that the order of the court below should be affirmed.
