Husband and Wife — Support — Evidence — Temporary separation by consent — Refusal by husband of reconciliation.
In a support proceeding, in which it appeared that the court below found from the evidence that, the parties having differences involving defendant's mother, defendant consented to a separation which the parties had agreed was to be temporary, but which defendant later choose to make permanent, and that the wife in good faith endeavored to effect a reconciliation but defendant repulsed her efforts, it was Held that the order of the court below, providing that defendant pay a specified sum weekly for support of his wife, should be affirmed.

Appeal, No. 93, Oct. T., 1962, from order of County Court of Philadelphia, July T., 1961, No. 3213, in case of Commonwealth ex rel. Mary Finlayson v. Albert Finlayson. Order affirmed.

Nonsupport. Before BOYLE, J., without a jury.
Order entered directing defendant to pay stated weekly sum for support of wife. Defendant appealed.
