ORDER

Kathleen Kerrigan, Chief Judge

Pending in the above-docked matter is a Motion for Entry of Decision, filed April 29, 2024, by petitioner herein. Subsequently, on May 15, 2024, respondent filed a status report advising that a basis for settlement had been reached and requesting additional time for the parties to submit a Proposed Stipulated Decision.

The premises considered, it is

ORDERED that the time within which either (1) respondent shall file with the Court a response to petitioners' pending Motion for Entry of Decision, specifying therein respondent's position as to the amount to be included in any decision to be entered in the case and whether petitioners are in agreement with such amount, or, alternatively (2) the parties shall submit a stipulated decision resolving this case and incorporating, if applicable, appropriate language establishing petitioners' entitlement to any overpayment, is hereby extended to July 1, 2024.
