DECISION AND ORDER ON MOTION

Motions to consolidate and for extension of time to perfect appeals.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motions and the papers filed in response thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motions to consolidate are granted, without costs, to the extent that the appeals shall be heard together and may be perfected upon a joint record on appeal and brief, and it is further

ORDERED that the motions for an extension of time to perfect the appeals is granted, without costs, and the time to perfect the appeals is extended to July 18, 2016.
