DECISION AND ORDER ON MOTION

Application to be relieved as attorney for the children.

Upon the papers filed in support of the application, and no papers having been filed in opposition thereto, it is

ORDERED that Max Zacker, Esq., is relieved of appointment as attorney for the children, and Alexander Bloomstein, Esq., 61 Coldwater Street, P.O. Box 248, Hillsdale, NY 12529, is appointed in his place and stead pursuant to Family Court Act § 1120 (b).
