Action by the infant plaintiff to recover damages for personal injuries and by his father for medical expenses and loss of services. Order granting plaintiffs' motion for an examination of certain witnesses before trial, pursuant to section 288 of the Civil Practice Act, affirmed, with ten dollars costs and disbursements, the examination to proceed on five days' notice. No opinion. Close, P.J., Carswell, Johnston, Taylor and Lewis, JJ., concur.
