ORDER

The clerk's records in the above two appeals were filed February 20, 2018. The judgment in each case states that the jury assessed punishment; however, neither clerk's record contains a copy of the trial court's instructions to the jury on punishment. See TEX. R. APP. P. 34.5(a)(4).

We ORDER Dallas County District Clerk Felicia Pitre to file, within TEN DAYS of the date of this order, supplemental clerk's records containing the trial court's jury charge on punishment in each of the above appeals.
