ORDER OF DISMISSAL FOR LACK OF JURISDICTION

This Court is separate and independent from the IRS. By Order issued February 14, 2023, the Court directed petitioner Anthony Colmon, on or before March 16, 2023, to file an amended petition and pay the Court's $60.00 filing fee. On March 15, 2023, petitioner paid the filing fee. However, petitioner has failed to file an amended petition in this case, as previously directed by the Court.
Upon due consideration of the foregoing, it is
ORDERED that this case is dismissed for lack of jurisdiction.
Petitioner is advised that the Court, on its own motion, will consider reinstating this case if, within 30 days from the date of service of this Order, petitioner files an amended petition.
