This case was previously scheduled for trial at the Court's April 6, 2020, trial session in Little Rock, Arkansas. The trial session was canceled due to COVID-19 concerns, and this case was assigned to the undersigned.
On November 8, 2021, the parties filed a joint status report, in which they indicated that a decision document has been prepared and mailed to petitioner's counsel of record. The parties also request an additional 30 days to file a decision document. We will grant the relief. Accordingly, it is
ORDERED that, on or before December 13, 2021, the parties shall file stipulated decision documents.
