ORDER


Plaintiff's request for a hearing at which he will "present evidence concerning the value of the substantive and procedural violation of [his] constitutional rights" is DENIED. Plaintiff is proceeding on a retaliation claim against defendants Molly Olson and Dick Polinske and a First Amendment free speech claim against defendant Gary McCaughtry. His substantive and procedural due process rights are not at issue in this case.
