This case was calendared for trial at the Court' Standalone Remote, trial session, which is scheduled to begin January 17, 2023. On January 9 2023, respondent filed a Motion for Continuance with the Court indicating that a settlement in this case was likely. On January 10, 2023, the Court granted respondent's Motion for Continuance, struck the case from the calendar and gave the parties until February 16, 2023 to file a signed Decision document or a Status Report indicating the then-present status of the case. On March 21, 2023 respondent filed a Status Report with the Court indicating respondent has not heard from petitioner since speaking with her about the continuance and requested sixty days to get in touch with her.

Upon due consideration, it is hereby

ORDERED that, on or before May 22, 2023, the parties shall submit to the Court either a stipulated decision or file a joint report (or separate reports, if preferred) regarding the then-present status of this case. It is further
