Petitioner has filed a petition for writ of mandamus with the Court. To the extent Petitioner seeks reinstatement of Case No. 1D10-3526, the petition is denied. See Huffman v. State, 813 So. 2d 10 (Fla. 2000). To the extent Petitioner seeks review of the county court's order, the petition is dismissed. See Fla.R.App.P. 9.030(a). Any motions or other requests for relief are denied.
