Brennan, Magistrate Judge Presiding, on a Motion for Summary Judgment, and the evidence presented having been fully considered, the issues having been duly heard and a decision having been duly rendered by the Honorable Kimberly J. Mueller, District Judge, following receipt of the Magistrate's findings and recommendations and conclusions of law, and de novo review of the same,
IT IS SO ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the plaintiff take nothing, that the action be dismissed on the merits and that defendant SACRAMENTO HOUSING AND REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY recover its costs.
