On October 29, 2024, this Court granted the second motion for extension of time to file the brief filed by appellant's counsel, Lawrence Mitchell, and we ordered Mr. Mitchell to file appellant's brief by November 25, 2024. As of the date of this order, appellant's brief has not been filed.

We ORDER Mr. Mitchell to file appellant's brief and motion for extension of time to file the brief on or before DECEMBER 14, 2024. See Tex. R. App. P. 38.8(b)(2). If appellant's brief and motion for extension of time to file the brief is not filed by that date, this appeal may be abated for the trial court to make findings in accordance with Rule of Appellate Procedure 38.8. See id.
