MEMORANDUM OPINION


Before the Court is the parties' February 25, 2005 joint motion to dismiss appeal, vacate final judgment, and dismiss case with prejudice. The motion states that the parties have reached a settlement agreement. The parties ask this Court to dismiss this appeal, vacate the June 21, 2004 final judgment of the trial court, and dismiss the lawsuit with prejudice. The motion is signed by counsel for all parties. The parties' joint motion is GRANTED. The trial court's June 21, 2004 final judgment is VACATED, without reference to the merits, and this case is DISMISSED, with prejudice. See Tex.R.App.P. 42.1(a)(2), 43.2(e).
