Before the Court is appellee's unopposed motion for extension of time to file a letter brief on the issue of mootness. We GRANT the motion.

The Court also notes that appellant did not file a letter brief on the issue of mootness or a motion for extension of time. Accordingly, the Court ORDERS appellant to file a letter brief on the issue of mootness, and the letter shall be no more than two pages.

The parties' letter briefs shall be filed no later than May 31, 2024.
