DECISION & ORDER ON MOTION

Motion by the appellant to enlarge the time to perfect an appeal from an order of the Court of Claims dated December 22, 2010.

Upon the papers filed in support of the motion and no papers having been filed in opposition or in relation thereto, it is

ORDERED that the motion is granted, the appellant's time to perfect the appeal is enlarged until July 5, 2012, and upon payment of the filing fee on or before that date, the briefs submitted to the Clerk of the Court will be accepted for filing.
