This case is calendared for trial at the April 25, 2022, Boston, Massachusetts, Trial Session of the Court. Due to an inadvertent error the Court served an Order on March 3, 2022.

On March 25, 2022, respondent filed a Motion For Continuance (motion) stating that additional time is needed for the parties to work towards a settlement. Upon due consideration and for cause, it is

ORDERED the parties need no longer comply with so much of the Court's March 3, 2022, Order. It is further

ORDERED that respondent's Motion for Continuance, filed March 25, 2022, is granted. It is further

ORDERED that this case is stricken from the Court's April 25, 2022, Boston, Massachusetts, Trial Session, and is continued generally.
