PROPOSED ORDER GRANTING THE NATIONAL COMMITTEE TO PRESERVE SOCIAL SECURITY AND MEDICARE'S CONSENT MOTION FOR EXTENSION OF DEADLINE FOR EXPERT DISCLOSURES


The Court, upon consideration of the National Committee to Preserve Social Security and Medicare's Motion for Extension of Deadline for Expert Disclosures, having determined the Plaintiff consents to the granting of the motion and that the motion is supported by good cause and will neither interfere with the litigation nor prejudice any party thereto, it is this 7 day of July, 2002, hereby ORDERED as follows:

1. The National Committee's Motion for Extension of Deadline for Expert Disclosures be and hereby is GRANTED;
2. The National Committee shall have until July 15, 2002 to make all disclosures required under Fed.R.Civ.P. 26(a)(2).
3. Plaintiff shall have until August 14, 2002 to depose any expert whom the National Committee identifies
