ORDER


On July 15, 2002, the Court received notice from Magistrate Judge John Facciola that the parties have reached a settlement in principle.

Accordingly, it is this L5 of July, 2002,

ORDERED that this case is DISMISSED. The dismissal shall be without prejudice for a period of 30 days from the date of this Order. Should counsel fail to move to reopen the case or extend the time within the prescribed period (by August 14, 2002), the matter shall, without further order, stand dismissed with prejudice. It is

FURTHER ORDERED that the Status Hearing scheduled for July 31, 2002, is hereby VACATED.
