Order of the Court of Special Sessions of the City of New York, Borough of Brooklyn, reversed on the facts and a new trial ordered. We are of opinion that the determination is contrary to the weight of the evidence. Lazansky, P.J., Young, Kapper, Hagarty and Carswell, JJ., concur.
