BROKERS, § 107sufficiency of evidence to show broker procuring cause of sale. In action for commission for sale of farm, held that the evidence was insufficient to support a verdict for plaintiff real estate broker where it appeared that the sale was actually made by another broker after efforts of plaintiff to interest the ultimate purchaser therein had terminated.

Appeal from the Circuit Court of Cook county; the Hon. ROBERT A. MEIER, JR., Judge, presiding.

Judgment reversed and remanded with directions. Heard in the third division, first district, this court at the October term, 1942.
