ORDER

On July 26, 2024, we abated this case and ordered the trial court to answer the following question: Who is designated as lead counsel for this appeal? We ordered the trial court to file supplemental clerk's record and reporter's record, if any, in this court, no later than August 12, 2024, that included an answer to the above question.

On August 12, 2024, a supplemental clerk's record was filed. The supplemental clerk's record shows Mr. Dean Diachin has been appointed to represent appellant.

Accordingly, we LIFT the abatement of this case, and ORDER appellant's brief is due no later than September 13, 2024.
