PETTIGREW, J., dissents and would grant the writ. I would grant the writ filed by the relators, Preferred Professional Insurance Company, Navtej S. Rangi and Cenla Heart Specialists, LLC, and vacate that portion of the district court's judgment dated November 2, 2015, which denied the relators' motion to transfer this matter to Rapides Parish. I would grant the motion to transfer this entire matter to Rapides Parish pursuant to La. Code Civ. P. art. 123. COURT OF APPEAL, FIRST CIRCUIT /s/_________
