Leah COLEMAN, Plaintiff-Respondent, v. Sonia MARTINEZ, Defendant-Petitioner.

ORDER

A petition for certification of the judgment in A-002466-18 having been submitted to this Court, and the Court having considered the same;

It is ORDERED that the petition for certification is granted, and the matter is summarily remanded to the Superior Court, Appellate Division, for reconsideration in light of the parties' agreement that a factual error is present in the Appellate Division opinion. The parties agree that the following statement made by the Appellate Division is not supported by the record: "The record indicates defendant was made aware of T.E.'s command auditory hallucinations that involved violence contemplated against plaintiff, ...." (Slip op. at 14). The Appellate Division should reconsider its decision with the corrected factual record. Jurisdiction is not retained.
