WHITMAN KNAPP, Senior United States District Judge.

For the reasons stated in Richard C. Yeskoo's affidavit accompanying Yeskoo PLLC's motion, we relieve Yeskoo PLLC from representing plaintiff in this matter.¹ In accordance with our local and individual rules, plaintiff should notify chambers when he has retained new counsel.

1 Although Mr. Yeskoo's affidavit states that he is counsel for defendant John B. Coleman, we understand him to mean plaintiff John B. Coleman.
