For the reasons assigned in the attached opinion La.App., 352 So.2d 710, we affirm the judgment dismissing plaintiff's suit in the matter of Coleman v. White, wife of Charles Coleman. Appellant is to bear all costs of this appeal.

AFFIRMED.
