SHIRELLE COLEMAN, Appellant v. ADVENIR AT FOXMOOR, Appellee
DISMISS; Opinion issued March 21, 2012
On Appeal from the County Court at Law No. 2
Dallas County, Texas
Trial Court Cause No. CC-11-03238-B
MEMORANDUM OPINION
Before Justices Bridges, FitzGerald, and Lang
Opinion By Justice Bridges
By letter dated December 7, 2011, the Court notified appellant that the Dallas County Clerk informed us appellant had not paid for the clerk's record. We directed appellant to provide the Court, within ten days, with either verification that it has paid for the clerk's record or is entitled to proceed without payment of costs. We warned that failure to comply would result in dismissal of the appeal. See Tex. R. App. P. 37.3(b), 42.3(c). To date, appellant has neither provided payment verification nor otherwise communicated with the Court regarding the appeal.
Accordingly, we dismiss the appeal for want of prosecution.
