Appeal, No. 105, April T., 1952, from order of County Court of Allegheny County, 1951, No. 2140, in Appeal of School District of Borough of Brentwood against granting of a restaurant liquor license to Anthony A. Colella, trading as Tommy Carlyn, by the Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board. Order affirmed.

Appeal by School District from granting of restaurant liquor license by Liquor Control Board. Before O'CONNOR, J.

Order entered dismissing appeal, before McBRIDE, O'CONNOR and BROWN, JJ., opinion per curiam. School District appealed.
