ORDER

Maurice B. Foley Chief Judge

On August 17, 2021, respondent filed with the Court a Notice of Proceeding in Bankruptcy informing the Court that petitioner filed a bankruptcy petition after filing the petition in this case.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that, pursuant to 11 U.S.C. section 362(a)(8), all proceedings in this case are stayed. It is further

ORDERED that, although all proceedings are stayed, on or before December 17, 2021, the parties shall file with the Court written reports (preferably a joint report) as to the then-current status of the related bankruptcy proceeding.
