ORDER

Christian N. Weiler, Judge

The Court received respondent's status report filed on May 20, 2022, which states that respondent's counsel sent to petitioner a settlement stipulation and a proposed decision document to resolve his case with the Tax Court. Petitioner sent a photograph of the signed settlement stipulation and stipulated decision document to respondent's counsel; however, the photographs were not completely clear. Respondent's counsel has again requested that petitioner submit either a scanned, faxed, or physical copy of the settlement stipulation and stipulated decision, but they have not been received to date.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that on or before June 30, 2022, the parties shall file a settlement stipulation and a decision document or file a joint report regarding the status of this case.
