The Court received respondent's status report filed on April 15, 2022, which states that respondent's counsel sent the petitioner a Settlement Stipulation and proposed Decision document to resolve his case with the Tax Court. Petitioner sent a photograph of the signed Settlement Stipulation and Decision document to respondent's counsel; however, the photographs were not completely clear. Respondent's counsel has requested that petitioner submit either a scanned, faxed, or physical copy of the Settlement Stipulation and Decision, but they have not been received to date.

Upon due consideration, it is

ORDERED that on or before May 20, 2022, the parties shall file a proposed settlement stipulation and a decision document or file a joint report regarding the status of this case.
