In Re: State of Louisiana, through the Department of Transpotation and Development, applying for supervisory writs, 19th Judicial District Court, Parish of East Baton Rouge, No. 607,491. BEFORE: GUIDRY, McDONALD, AND THERIOT, JJ.

WRIT GRANTED IN PART, DENIED IN PART. With respect to the trial court's March 10, 2015 judgment denying defendant Department of Transportation and Development's Motion in Limine, which addressed issues of alleged subsequent remedial measures taken by the Department of Transportation and Development following the instant fatal accident, the judgment is reversed, and the motion is granted. In all other respects, the writ application is denied. See Louisiana Code of Evidence Article 407.
