ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE


The complaint in this action was filed on September 21, 1999. No proof of service of the Complaint on the Defendant has been filed and no Answer has been filed to date. Furthermore, to the best of our knowledge, the Plaintiff has neither recently contacted our chambers nor moved for default judgment.

Accordingly, the Plaintiff is hereby ORDERED TO SHOW CAUSE why this action should not be dismissed for lack of prosecution.

If the Plaintiff fails to file on or before December 2, 2002 an affidavit demonstrating good cause for its failure to prosecute this action, the action will be dismissed.

SO ORDERED.
