Pursuant to the Court's Opinion at T.C. Memo. 2022-74, filed July 13, 2022, Rule 155 computations were due from the parties on October 12, 2022, see Rule 155(a) and (b), Tax Court Rules of Practice and Procedure. To date, the Court has not received computations from either party. Premises considered, it is

ORDERED that the time within which the parties shall submit to the Court Rule 155 computations in this case is extended to November 14, 2022. The Court will thereupon take further action as deemed appropriate.
