The parties have jointly filed an agreed motion requesting that we set aside the trial court's judgment without regard to the merits and remand the cause for rendition of judgment in accordance with their settlement agreement. We grant the parties' motion, set aside the trial court's judgment without regard to the merits, and remand the cause for rendition of judgment in accordance with the parties' agreement.
