United States District Court, N.D. Texas, Dallas Division
Mar 10, 2005
Civil Action No. 3:05-CV-0011-H (N.D. Tex. Mar. 10, 2005)

Opinion

Civil Action No. 3:05-CV-0011-H.

March 10, 2005

ORDER

Before the Court is a pleading styled "Request for the motions to be filed", filed March 9, 2005.

This case was closed by Judgment of dismissal without prejudice entered March 9, 2005. The Judgment was based on the Findings, Conclusions and Recommendation of the United States Magistrate Judge, filed February 18, 2005. The Magistrate Judge recommended dismissal without prejudice based on Petitioner Coker's failure to answer the Magistrate Judge's questionnaire to Plaintiff sent January 7, 2005.

Plaintiff Coker's most recent filing, styled as above, sets forth no grounds for invalidating the Court's Judgment of dismissal. For the most part, the most recent filing is incomprehensible. At any rate, the Court is of the opinion that no grounds exist for disturbing the Court's Judgment of dismissal entered March 9, 2005.

Accordingly, Plaintiff's "Request for the motions to be filed", construed as an objection to the Court's Judgment, is OVERRULED. The Court's March 9, 2005 Judgment will not be disturbed.

SO ORDERED.
