Petitioner having moved for an extension of time to file and serve a brief on this proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78, Now, upon reading and filing the papers with respect to the motion, and due deliberation having been had thereon, It is hereby ORDERED that the motion is granted to the extent that it seeks an extension of time to file a brief, on the condition that the brief is filed and served in accordance with this Court's rules on or before February 23, 2023, and

It is further ORDERED that the respondent's brief must be filed and served in accordance with this Court's rules on or before March 30, 2023, and

It is further ORDERED that proceeding is removed from the February 22, 2023 day calendar and is added to the term of this Court commencing May 15, 2023.
