Pursuant to rule 41(a) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, plaintiff William G. Cohill and defendants UNUM Life Insurance Company of America and CNF Inc. (formerly "CNF Transportation, Inc."), by and through their respective counsel, hereby stipulate and agree that this matter may be, and hereby is, dismissed with prejudice. Each party shall bear his or its own costs of suit.
