IT IS HEREBY STIPULATED, CONSENTED TO AND AGREED, by and between Trustee Merrill Cohen and Defendant UBS Financial Services Inc., by and through their respective counsel, that: (1) the Court's May 1, 2012 Entry of Default against Defendant UBS Financial Services Inc. be and hereby is VACATED; and (2) the time for Defendant UBS Financial Services Inc. to answer, move, or otherwise respond to Trustee Merrill Cohen's Complaint in the above-referenced adversary proceeding be and hereby is extended up to and including June 29, 2012.
