Judgment of the Municipal Court reversed and new trial ordered, costs to abide the event, on the ground that plaintiff's employment and defendant's liability and its scope, together with any question of damages, should have been left to the jury. Hirschberg, P.J., Woodward, Jenks, Thomas and Rich, JJ., concurred.
