Judgment and order of the Municipal Court reversed and new trial ordered, costs to abide the event, for error in the admission of evidence as to payments made to other persons, and also upon the ground that the agreement on which the action is based is without consideration. Jenks, P.J., Thomas, Carr, Woodward and Rich, JJ., concurred.
