Order so far as appealed from modified by allowing an examination as to item 3 but eliminating therefrom the words, "and his intent to deceive and defraud the plaintiffs thereby," and as so modified affirmed, without costs. No opinion. The date for the examination to proceed to be fixed in the order. Settle order on notice.
