ORDER

Christian N. Weiler, Judge

This case is calendared for trial during the Court's February 6, 2023, Chicago, Illinois trial session. On January 13, 2023, respondent filed a Motion for Continuance of Trial, however, the motion states that petitioner's views on the granting of the motion are unknown. At the request of the Court, petitioner filed a response indicating there is no opposition to respondent's motion. Currently pending before the Court is petitioner's Motion for Summary Judgment filed on December 3, 2022.

Accordingly, it is

ORDERED that respondent's Motion for Continuance of Trial is granted. It is further

ORDERED that this case is stricken for trial from the Court's Chicago, Illinois trial session beginning on February 6, 2023. It is further

ORDERED that on or before March 23, 2023, the parties shall file a proposed stipulated decision or file a joint report informing the Court of the then-present status of this case. It is further

ORDERED that if the parties are unable to reach a basis for settlement, respondent's deadline to file a response to petitioner's Motion for Summary Judgment filed on December 3, 2022, is due on April 24, 2023. It is further

ORDERED that the undersigned retains jurisdiction over this case.
