This case was stricken from the Court's January 29, 2024, Miami, Florida trial session and continued, and jurisdiction was retained by this Division of the Court. On July 1, 2024, the parties filed a joint Status Report advising that there was an in-person Appeals conference on May 14-15, 2024, and a follow-up Appeals conference scheduled for August 15, 2024.
