This case was calendared for trial during the Court's December 18, 2023, Miami, Florida, trial session. On November 8, 2023, the parties filed a Joint Motion for Continuance (Doc. 17). By Order served November 8, 2023, among other things, the parties' Motion was granted, and this case was stricken from the December 18, 2023, Miami, Florida, trial session.

On January 18, 2024, the parties filed a Joint Status Report (Doc. 19). Upon due consideration, it is hereby

ORDERED that, on or before June 7, 2024, the parties shall file with the Court a joint report (or, if that is not expedient, then separate reports) describing the status of the case.
